Healthcare Providers

To help care providers across Victoria, we offer a Virtual ED specialist medical telehealth service. The VVED is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

VVED offers on-demand consultations, enabling Urgent Care Centres, Primary Care Providers, Aged Care Homes and other healthcare providers to call VVED while the patient still at their facility or residence, and have a direct consultation with an emergency physician. We provide a pathway for referral back to primary health care providers for patients who have had an emergency telehealth consult and require follow‐up.
